You have back pain. And I have certainly had my fair share, including surgery. How then, do we move forward and get on with our lives? For me, and I am biased, it means staying strong. And if I have to do exercise everyday so that I keep my life running the way “I” want it and not the way my “back pain” might want it. With daily exercises, I get the liberty to do what I want every single day. It’s really liberating. Here are some of the exercises that I do almost daily.
