I’ve had a most wonderful break thru. Finally, I understand where my back should move. How my right shoulder moves forward as my left one moves back, and my right hip moves back and down as my left hip move forward. All this time I am floating up while my ribs open on the left and my right ribs try to move closer to one another as I breathe. You, my dear, are a gifted teacher, I’m so happy I’ve been able to take part in your stay at home classes. Thank you for sharing so freely the knowledge you’ve obtained by hard work, study and time.
