Each camp offers a special opportunity to learn the Scolio-Pilates techniques to help you live more fully as we return strength and reduce pain and learn from the scoliosis journeys of your fellow campers. All camps focus on giving you the tools to successfully perform a home exercise program.
This 3-day camp will focus on exercises from the Scolio-Pilates Home Exercise book along with exercises that will most help you along your Scolio-Pilates journey. We will have a lot of curve-specific corrections with a lot of repetition, so you’ll understand how to make these corrections at home.
