Each camp offers a special opportunity to learn the Scolio-Pilates techniques, to help you live more fully as we return strength and reduce pain, and to learn from the scoliosis journeys of your fellow campers. All camps focus on giving you the tools to successfully perform a home exercise program.

This 3-day camp will focus on exercises from the Scolio-Pilates Home Exercise book along with exercises that will most help you along your Scolio-Pilates journey.
