Sometimes when we are SCUBA diving like we are in Bonaire this week, my sciatic can start screaming at me. I think, for me, it has to do with carrying the heavy tanks and generally not doing my regular Pilates regime. A little break on the beach to strengthen and stretch puts the sciatic pain in check.
