Would you attend the camp again? "Yes, I would! Did you have a favorite thing about the camp? There isn't just one thing. I really appreciate repeating the adjustments with maybe just one additional tweak to it. It really imprinted the adjustments.

For potential campers, I would suggest to have and keep an open mind--this isn't a typical pilates reformer or mat class. Some of the movements are subtle and require mental focus, but your body is doing a lot of work. The intensive work you put in is done in a supportive environment and helps build the foundation to make the exercises a healthy habit in your daily life. And I believe the upside has potentially huge benefits to your physical and psychological health.
