You may already know that I love side-lying exercises for scoliosis. Very corrective positioning. But it’s not good enough to just correct our spines towards neutral. We must strengthen once we are there. That way the corrective alignment can be held in place. Make sense? Align the spine first, Strengthen the spine second to keep it in place.
