Golfers need rotation. And rotation is limited by poor posture and a stance that will limit the ability of the spine to rotate. Imagine if you were curled up in a ball… How much could you rotate from that position? Not much. Lengthen out of that ball (or that poor posture) and maximize your ability to rotate. Let’s start lengthening with a spine extension exercise!
