Move together for strength! It’s been a whole month of spine love. Now we culminate this spine love by asking a simple question: “Dear Spine, Will you be mine?” Too often we disassociate from the things that bother us. We put those things outside ourselves. But can you imagine where you’d be without your spine? Right. Not here. It’s time to ask our spines to return and be a part of our whole body through strength! Join us! Strong looks great on you!
