Snug, snug, snug!
Move together for strength! Now that we have everything opening, let’s keep that open feeling and snug the points that need to be snugged into center. Whether it’s the hips or the spine, the shoulders or the knees, some bits just need to be snugged in (after we open up). It’s going to be fun. Join us! Strong looks great on you!
