Plank Strength!

Move together for strength! Planks!  A plank, whether it’s the most basic form or a more advanced variation is going to require that your core muscles engage. We’ll begin with preps for planks that and warm our way up to the more difficult variations. Learn why planks are so wonderfully efficient at strengthening the abdominals and spine muscles. Planks..They aren’t always easy but they are worth it! Have questions? Be sure to ask them at the end of the session! Come together to learn and celebrate all that your scoliosis spine do.
