Strong, Pain-Free Shoulders

Move together for strength! This week we focus on the strength of the shoulders. We don’t often think about our shoulder pain being connected to our scoliosis, but it frequently is. If we can re-align the shoulders as we re-align our spines, we can find a new open-ness and ease of movement. It’s all about creating space so our joints can find their full range of motion without pinching and aching. Once we have the alignment, then we can strengthen!
