Designed specifically for scoliosis, the K-Fit Wedge helps you find true spinal length, reduce side-bending and rotation, and build the strength needed to hold your body in a more supported, neutral position.

With the K-Fit Wedge, you can:

Lengthen your spine—using gravity

The wedge places your body in an inclined position that naturally encourages decompression and length. Gravity does part of the work, so your spine can soften, expand, and breathe.

Lengthen even more by pushing back

The K-Fit Wedge includes:

  • A K1 or K2 Wedge with D-Rings for foot strap connection and cotton straps for arm resistance band.

  • A 250 cm resistance band for upper-body and arm strengthening

  • Two resistance straps with foot loops to activate the legs

  • The FlexKord (approximately 6 feet long) for full-body length and strength

By pushing through your feet and reaching through your arms, you create resistance in both directions. This “closed-chain” support gives you something to press into—allowing you to access that extra oomph and discover length you can’t find on your own.
