Vanessa is the owner of VLS Pilates, a home studio in Wichita, KS. Teaching Pilates since 2008, she is a Scolio-Pilates Practitioner, certified Medical Exercise Specialist, Balanced Body Comprehensive Pilates Instructor, and has a B.S. in Health Science from Wichita State University. Teaching clients to help manage their chronic conditions with exercise has been her trademark.
Her own diagnosis of Roto-Scoliosis guided Vanessa to become a Scolio-Pilates Practitioner. Scolio-Pilates relieves her back, neck, and hip pain. She is passionate about teaching others how Scolio-Pilates can help manage the pain and progression of scoliosis. Vanessa is the only Scolio-Pilates Practitioner in Kansas.
Different types of classes are offered from privates to duet classes, Intensives for out of town guests, and lessons via the internet.
