We are proud to collaborate with the National Scoliosis Clinic and be their sole provider of scoliosis-specific exercises. We are thrilled to announce our first peer-reviewed study in the Journal of Spine about the effectiveness of Scolio-Pilates to reduce pain and increase function.

Scolio-Pilates is the first scoliosis-specific exercise school based in the United States. We follow the SOSORT guidelines and recommendations and strive to uphold the highest integrity of what it means to be a scoliosis-specific exercise school.
