Let’s Get Started!
Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Enough space to lie down and stretch your arms
  • Loose fitting clothing
  • A yoga mat is optional
  • Water
  • Your can-do attitude!!

Today’s scoliosis tidbit had to do with functional v structural scoliosis. Also today we had our second episode on using the Scolio-Wedges. Yay!!! We looked at how best to wedge our spines while lying face down so that we can then strengthen our back muscles. And… YOU did great with the questions. I really appreciate all the questions that we get. It makes me feel useful! Haha!  I’m thrilled to hear that the webinars are so helpful for you, so thank you for letting me know that!
