What you’ll need:
- Enough space to lie down and stretch your arms
- Loose fitting clothing
- A yoga mat is optional
- Water
- Your can-do attitude!!
Today we begin a series of 3 core strengthening classes. We build on what we learned in the first 3 elongation episodes as we continue to lengthen and strengthen. Remember to use your breath to help you build strength: a full exhale goes a long way to tightening up all the muscles around your spine.
