Move together for strength! This week’s prop is an exercise ball. Something a little on the larger side; mine is 55 cm. You could do just fine with something a little larger or a little smaller. We’ll use the ball to help us lengthen and to help us understand our curves and how they move. Join us! Strong looks Great on you!
