March for Walking
Move together for strength! For the month of March, we are continuing to focus on the muscles that keep us marching, or walking! Today, our last March class, we put together some of our favorite exercises from the month and we focus on the actual act of walking: the necessary hip extension, the glide of the hips side to side, and find the most balanced position we can attain to center.
