March for Hip Strength
Move together for strength! For the month of March, we are continuing to focus on the muscles that keep us marching, or walking! Today we focus on the outer hips and not just the strength there but also the alignment. We’ll find the hip that wants to glide more to the outside of our body and try to bring it back under us. As always, when we work on the legs, we continue to work on the strength and length of the spine. Join us! Strong looks Great on you!
