August 24th Class 123: Scolio-Summer Core Strength (on the chair)

Let’s get that kitchen chair back on the exercise mat. Remember how awesome it was last time? Let’s play again. Simultaneously, the chair will assist the spine to realign and strengthen.  Let’s keep those spine muscles engaged. Did you know once they engage, they’ll stay engaged for about 30 minutes? That’s GOOD news! That means when you leave class, they’ll keep working for you.  Bonus!

 

August 31st  Class 123: Scolio-Summer Flow 1

We’ve done all the body parts this summer now let’s put them altogether. We’ll flow through the spine with mobility, but we’ll also flow from one arm and leg exercise to the next – putting the exercises together one after another for flow of movement within our corrections. You’ll like this class. It’s a bit like a dance – it’ll keep you moving. And it’s a bit like a workout – it’ll keep you thinking and strengthening.

 

September 14th Class 124: Scolio-Summer Flow 2

We’re back for Flow Part 2. Why twice? Because last week we focused on arms and legs, and today we’ll focus on stretch, core, neck, and feet.  See? There’s always something fun we can flow through. 🙂  We’ll flow through with mobility, but we’ll also flow from one exercise to the next – putting the exercises together one after another for flow of movement within our corrections.
