Helen is the owner and Principal Practitioner of Precision Pilates Windsor and a Principal Educator for Scolio-Pilates. She holds her Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction (91491NSW) and her Advanced Diploma of the Pilates Method (91490NSW).
Helen has an extensive background in all styles of dance and has been devotee of the Pilates Method for nearly 40 years.
Upon completion of her own training, she has continued learning with various Pilates Instructors and Allied Health Professionals both in Australia and overseas and is passionate about continuing her own learning journey through continual education. She is a mentor not just to her staff, but to the many Pilates Instructors who seek her guidance. Helen loves educating other Allied Health Professionals and is thrilled to present Scolio-Pilates Training Workshops throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Helen sees a wide variety of clients from professional dancers working on general body conditioning through to rehabilitative work. She developed a special interest in Scoliosis over 13 years ago upon detecting her stepdaughter had the condition. This has led her on a journey of much research and learning and now forms the major proportion of her teaching work.
She is passionate about educating her clients on understanding their curves and helping them strengthen their bodies so that they can improve function and live a life without pain!
