You will have live Scolio-Pilates classes every Thursday at 3 pm ET (New York time), taught by scoli’s to scoli’s! The live class is then followed by Q&A time, where you will get to ask any questions you have about an exercise or your curve or just chat and get to know the scoli community!

Can’t make it to the live class, no worries; the class recording is put into your Scolio-Pilates Recording Library, where you will already find over 100 recordings already waiting for you.

January 19th Class 107: New Year, New Moves!
Let’s ring in the New Year with a fresh look at all the fresh things we can do. Be prepared for a new group of exercises that are all brand new. From flow to strength to stamina and ease, we’ll cover it all in this New Year Spine Celebration.

January 26th Class 108: Let it snow spine health!
We’re in the middle of winter here in the northern hemisphere, and we are going to celebrate the warmth that we can create with just the right amount of movement. Today we will focus on creating warmth through flow of movement. A great way to ease into 2023!

February 2nd Class 109: Spine Love Month Part 1
It’s February, the month of love. That means we’ll be going out of our way to show our spines, and everything else a bit of love this month. Today, after exploring the movements of our spine, we’ll explore new and tried and true ways to ease the spine into a lovely soft and supported position.

February 9th Class 110: Spine Love Month Part 2
We continue to love month theme by focus on on our legs, the lower body. We’ll find the strength and then the ease. We’ll have a special focus on strengthening and easing the feet: the support for all our spine love!

February 16th – No class

February 23rd Class 111: Spine Love Month Part 3
Our final spine love class will focus on the spine but also the neck and shoulders. We’ll find our shoulder strengthen and ease any neck crankiness. Let’s end the class with a focus on the hands, the ultimate point of where all that shoulder and neck strength leads.
