I began my movement journey as a 200-hour Yoga Instructor, where I discovered the connection between breath and movement. Through yoga, I became aware of the imbalances in my body, caused by scoliosis and explored ways to manage it.
This led me to Scolio-Pilates®, a structured approach that helps to manage scoliosis and reduce discomfort. I integrate its principles into yoga, daily life, and even gym routines, making scoliosis correction practical and transformative.
I am an advocate of Back to Basics – starting with breath as the foundation, followed by building stability and control in positions like lying, sitting, on all fours, and standing. This mirrors the natural stages of infant development, from rolling and sitting to crawling and walking, showing progress is built step by step.

I offer both physical and virtual classes, and home visits in Singapore.
