Cita is a Pilates practitioner and studio owner based in Indonesia (Jakarta, Bintaro), with nearly two decades of movement experience.
She began her first Pilates certification with Peak Pilates in 2007 and pursued further training with Polestar in 2018.
She works with a wide range of clients, from teenagers to seniors, and from post-rehab cases to performance-focused movers. Her approach combines precision, empathy, and individualized care to support clients with scoliosis, postural concerns, pain, and functional movement goals.
