Hi, I’m Mediana Ayu, people call me Nena. A Scolio-Pilates Practitioner located in Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia. My consideration at first is the lack of awareness in surrounding society of Scoliosis, its progression, and how to manage it, which made this postural problem get worse lately.
I took learning path on Scolio-Pilates, to spread the awareness, and helping people to manage Scoliosis, especially for teens. The best part of being Scolio-Pilates Practitioner, is when clients trust and involving me to their scoliosis journey. It’s a rocky mountain with a beautiful sunrise on top!
