I have been practicing Pilates for about 20 years and teaching for fifteen. I am certified by Stott Pilates and am currently furthering my education with a certification program with Pilates Sports Center. I am a certified ScolioPilates practitioner and that is where my passion lies. I have worked at Truefit Pilates and Training Center for five years. Before that I taught at the Akron Wellness Center, a hospital based wellness facility. Rebalancing and realignment happen in the body only with true attention to form, precision and great effort. But it can happen through Pilates practice with great results, and it’s worth it! My work with scoliosis patients has shown me that to focus the same way can make a true difference in how you feel and move. I am committed to making that difference a reality in every client’s life.
