Location: Kuala Lumpur & Singapore

I am currently located in Kuala Lumpur and I teach in Chinese, Hokkien & English. I started my movement journey to heal myself & to have a pain-free life. 3 childbirths and years of corporate works left me with backpain, neck, shoulder issues and osteopenia. I went for medical treatment, chiropractor & physio, for a year but the release was short lived. I realised I had to change my posture & alignment. I am passionate to teach scoliosis clients as it brings me lots of joy when I see the difference in their posture. I aim to teach to educate my clients not only to move, as I wish for the time with me is an education to last them a lifetime on their posture. I am also a Polestar Comprehensive Pilates certified teacher, GYROKINESIS ® certified with other certifications on woman’s health, barefoot & biomechanics Authorized Scolio-Pilates® Practitioner since 2025.
