Gaby Diskin is a Pilates and CoreAlign instructor at DiskIN Pilates Center. She did her Pilates training with Body Arts and Science International and completed her CoreAlign certification with Balanced Body. Her own scoliosis has led her to specialize in working with asymmetries and back care maintenance. Gaby is also a yoga for scoliosis instructor certified by Elise Miller. Gaby has a background in dance and a Bachelor of Arts in Design from San Francisco State University. Authorized Scolio-Pilates® Practitioner since September 2014
