I have extensive experience working with adults between the ages of 40 and 80, both women and men, with scoliosis. My work focuses on helping individuals develop greater body awareness, movement efficiency, and confidence in navigating the physical challenges that may accompany scoliosis and aging.
In addition to scoliosis, I have experience working with individuals with patellofemoral instability, tibial torsion, chronic low back pain, rotator cuff conditions, neck-related concerns. This broad experience allows me to look beyond a single area of the body and consider how different parts of the body interact through movement.
I draw primarily from Pilates and Gyrotonic® as movement modalities, selecting and adapting techniques according to each individual’s needs, physical condition, and movement goals. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach, I guide each person toward more appropriate and efficient movement strategies based on their unique body and circumstances.
I work with clients in-person only.
Authorized Scolio-Pilates® Practitioner since 2024.
