Dr. Anna Steven is a sports medicine doctor and Scolio-Pilates® Practitioner with a strong passion for anatomy and postural correction. She graduated as a medical doctor from Maranatha Christian University in 2009 and completed her Sports Medicine specialization at Universitas Indonesia in 2021. Her interest in improving human movement led her to study Biomechanical Therapy in 2011 and become a certified yoga teacher in 2014. She later explored Pilates in 2015 and discovered her love for fascia work through Anatomy Trains. She is now an ATSI (Anatomy Trains Structural Integration) Practitioner, certified through Anatomy Trains Australia; New Zealand. Combining her medical training with movement and structural integration, Anna helps people understand their bodies, improve function, and move with greater ease and balance. Authorized Scolio-Pilates® Practitioner since 2025.
