Welcome to your Scolio-Pilates Camp.
A rewarding and empowering way to start your spine care journey.

The Scolio-Pilates® scoliosis camps for teens and adults were designed to help you gain control over your scoliosis curvature both physically and emotionally. Join us for 5 days and 20 hours, or 3 days and 12 hours, or 2 days and 8 hours of spine strengthening, scoliosis empowering work. Are you ready to see all the great things you can do with scoliosis? Join us!

You’ll leave your camp with a home exercise program you can successfully do at home. Everyone leaves with a “Scolio-Pilates, Exercises you can do at Home” book. The Express Camp focuses on the Scolio-Pilates Super 6 in the Handbook. The 3-day Camp focuses on even more exercises in the book. The 5-day camp has you using your Scolio-Pilates Corrections on the Pilates equipment. The longer you stay, the more detailed and personalized we can make your program. Staying for 3 or 5 days? You’ll leave with your very own set of Scolio-Pilates Wedges to help you perform the work!


Scoliosis Camp Highlights

  • Complete Equipment Package: $280 Value (3 and 5 Day Camps only): You will take home a Scolio-Pilates carry tote & your customized size set of wedges including the K2 Spine Wedge. Not included in Express Camp
  • Work With The Best: Work directly with the author and founder of Scolio-Pilates, Karena Thek.
  • Individualized Instruction: We keep our camp class size small. Low instructor-to-student ratio ensures each attendee receives the care and attention they deserve.
  • Self-care Sessions: Our camp is more than therapy of the body, it’s also about taking care of you as a whole person. Each day we will have one-hour of techniques for Really Living with scoliosis! These techniques include understanding scoliosis, Alexander Technique (movement therapy) and empowering you to live with scoliosis. Not included in Express Camp.
  • Take-Home Guide: You will receive a Scolio-Pilates, Exercises You Can Do at Home Handbook. During the camp, we will customize these exercises to be specific to your curve, needs and ability.
  • Continued Home-Based Program: When you leave camp, you will be empowered with the knowledge and the skills to continue your scoliosis exercise program in the comfort of your home. The exercises are simple, effective and work into your schedule.

What’s the difference between Express, 3 and 5-Day Camps?

Each camp offers a special opportunity to learn the Scolio-Pilates techniques. All camps focus on giving you the tools to successfully perform a home exercise program. The longer the camp, the more detailed and personal advice we’ll be able to share.

The Express Camp will focus on the Scolio-Pilates Super 6 in the Scolio-Pilates Home Exercise Book.

The 3-Day Camp focuses on exercises throughout the Scolio-Pilates Home Exercise book. We probably won’t get to all of them but you’ll have a lot of options to work with!

The 5-Day Camp is an extension of the 3-day camp and uses the Pilates equipment during Days 4 and 5. Do you have equipment at home? Or attend classes at a Pilates studio? Stay for these follow-on two days to focus on equipment exercises!
