Let’s Get Started!
Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Enough space to lie down and stretch your arms
  • Loose fitting clothing
  • A yoga mat is optional
  • Water
  • Your can-do attitude!!

Today we had our first episode on using the Scolio-Wedges. Yay!!! We’re diving a little deeper now. We looked at wedging scoliosis while lying on your back. After we are completely set up, then we look at strengthening moves to confirm where the wedges are and what we can do to support the purpose of the wedges: alignment towards neutral. Give it a try!
