- Enough space to lie down and stretch your arms
- Loose fitting clothing
- A yoga mat is optional
- Water
- Your can-do attitude!!
Today we completed our second in the series of 3 core strengthening classes. We reviewed some key elements from our elongation episodes: Flying UP!, Jellyfish breathing, and most importantly: how not to over-do it. We moved on to “Don’t Rock the Boat” and then introduced a Scolio-version of the classical Pilates exercises of single-leg stretch and double-leg stretch.
