Let’s Get Started!
Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Enough space to lie down and stretch your arms
  • Loose fitting clothing
  • A yoga mat is optional
  • Water
  • Your can-do attitude!!

Scoliosis Shoulders can easily get pinched and painful. In this episode we talk about how to realign the shoulder joint to give the arm space to move without pinching inside the shoulder joint and creating pain. After we re-align we work towards strengthening with some great arm exercises. You may recognize the first one as it’s an oldie but a goodie but there are three more you may not have seen.
