Let’s Get Started!
Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Enough space to lie down and stretch your arms
  • Loose fitting clothing
  • A yoga mat is optional
  • Water
  • Your can-do attitude!!

Hip Strength and Stability! Who doesn’t need that? What you need to know is that it is especially important for we “Scolio’s”. Our spines can throw us off balance and in order to maintain postural integrity we need strength, strength, strength!
