Scolio-Pilates: Scoliosis Exercise Class 8

Welcome Back!

Move together for strength! We will, of course, focus on the usual topic of lengthening and strengthening the spine but with a side focus to keep our entire body strong and happy. This week focuses on scoliosis strengthening our legs and then taking care of what supports us all day, every day: our feet. We’ll begin with exercises to keep the legs strong; because toned legs just don’t look good, they feel good! Then we’ll complete the class by focusing on what’s on the end of our legs, those cute little feet. 🙂  Why the feet? Because sometimes it’s the extremities that really take the brunt of scoliosis. Let’s move together!!
