Let’s keep moving together for strength! This week focuses on strengthening the shoulders and arms. Those summer dresses are leaving the closets and making their way to the streets so let’s tone up and take care of our scoliosis at the same time. We’ll be focusing on what makes the scoliosis shoulder and arm unique and how to navigate around the “sand dunes” of the spine for better alignment which means getting stronger without the pain.
