Having a Ball!
Move together for strength! Exercise ball time! We are going to be working with two sizes of balls today. You’ll want your large exercise ball (ours is about 55cm) and something smaller that can fit between your knees (ours is about 22cm and slightly deflated for a more spongy resistance).
