Move together for strength! The K-Wedge is this week’s prop. We’ll be using the K-Wedge and the K-Fit Wedge to elongate with gravity. Once we have found our length, we will strengthen our new-found length so it’s easier to stand-up to scoliosis all day long. Don’t have a K-Wedge?
