Move together for strength! Continuing the theme of working with props this month, we’ll be using an exercise band today. Find a band that’s just right for you; not too light, not too heavy. We’ll be using the band to strengthen arms and legs as well as bringing awareness to our breathing. Join us! Strong looks Great on you!
