Move together for strength! The scoliosis core tends to already be incredibly strong, but as soon as we move our spines closer to neutral, it can be a bit tougher to hold. Enter the “Seahorse”. In Scolio-Pilates, the Seahorse is a catch-all term for muscle cylinder or core control exercises. We’ll start easy and build the challenge throughout the class. You can do this! Strong looks great on you!
