Move together for strength! Time to celebrate our hips and all that is attached to them. We will be working on the connection of the hips to the spine and the hips to the lower leg. We’ll start and finish with dynamic stretches of the hips to keep the hips fluid and moving easily. It’s going to feel goooooood… Join me!
