Scolio-Pilates: Scoliosis Exercise Class 11

Welcome Back!

Hips, Glorious Hips!

Move together for strength! This week we focus on the strength and length of the hips and the muscles surrounding the hips. The hips are the base of the power that we need to support our spines. When the spines move off center with the scoliotic changes, the hips do a tremendous amount of work to maintain balance and stability.  In this class, the exercises will help with strengthening but also offer our hips the extra care they need. Come together to learn and celebrate all that your scoliosis spine do.

See you online! A special thank you to those of you who are able to contribute and to those who are able to attend live. Thank you!
