February 23rd Class 111: Spine Love Month Part 3
Our final spine love class will focus on the spine but also the neck and shoulders. We’ll find our shoulder strengthen and ease any neck crankiness. Let’s end the class with a focus on the hands, the ultimate point of where all that shoulder and neck strength leads.

I loved taking my first class with you and thought you are so great at explaining and motivating with a positive persona.
