Scolio-Pilates is thrilled to introduce this information-packed course that is your first step to taking control of your scoliosis. When you or someone you love has been diagnosed with scoliosis, it can be a bit scary or at the very least leave you feeling like, “What now?” This course is here to help you answer those questions and a whole lot more.

Your Scolio-Pilates Scolio-School is broken down into 3 main parts:

  • Part 2: Scoliosis Questions Answered!
  • Part 3: Scolio-Pilates Exercises for Your Curve

Scolio-School Part 1.one

What is Scoliosis? In Part 1 of Scolio-School, you’ll learn to define scoliosis. What is it? And more importantly, what is happening in your scoliosis? You’ll use the Scolio-School “My Spine” Worksheet to write down the changes you discover in your spine. You’ll use this worksheet in Parts 2 and 3 to help you make the most out of the Scolio-Pilates restoration and strengthening exercises.

Scolio-School Part 2. two

Questions Answered!  In Part 2 of Scolio-school, we address our most frequently asked questions. Everything from how to sleep comfortably with scoliosis to understanding why girls/women with scoliosis get more attention than boys with scoliosis. We’ll practice restorative positioning using Scolio-Wedges to increase the comfort of your spine so you can rest with support and ease. We’ll also be speaking about pregnancy, menopause, and what happens as we get older with our curves. Have you ever considered how beautiful scoliosis is? Let’s take a look at that together!

Scolio-School Part 3. three

Scolio-Pilates Exercises for Your Curve. Let’s do it! You have done the necessary groundwork. Now, let’s use that to build a stronger spine. We will go into depth with several exercises that help bring your curve towards a more balanced position. Join us to feel length and ease of movement throughout your spine and body. Bonuses
