Join Karena live online–or watch the recording afterward–for an in-depth practice of Scolio-Pilates exercises, followed by a question and answer session. We will devoting approximately 30-minutes each to both the exercises and your questions. August and Fall dates will be added as we get closer.
All classes will be recorded and available for 1-week after the class has completed. The free class on June 19th in honor of scoliosis awareness month will be available much longer on our blog here.
