Join Karena live online–or watch the recording afterward–for an in-depth practice of Scolio-Pilates exercises, followed by a question and answer session. We will devoting approximately 30-minutes each to both the exercises and your questions. August and Fall dates will be added as we get closer.

All classes will be recorded and available for 1-week after the class has completed. The free class on June 19th in honor of scoliosis awareness month will be available much longer on our blog here.

With your online group Scoliosis classes you will:

  • Meet Karena, the founder of Scolio-Pilates, as she guides you through a Scolio-Pilates exercise practice session
  • Chat with Karena in the chatroom after the exercise portion is complete
  • Have the option to do the 30-minute class live, watch the recording or do both

Your online group Scoliosis classes will feature:

  • Knowledge:  Why are we doing this exercise for scoliosis?
  • Learning: What type of curve the exercise is most suited for
  • Wedging: Practice the wedging that is needed (or not) for the exercise
  • Empowerment: Be amazed at how well your curvy spine can move!

Remember! Your Online chat included! After we complete the exercises, Karena will take the time to answer your questions in the chat room.
