Exercise ball time! We are going to be working with two sizes of balls today.  You’ll want your large exercise ball (ours is about 55cm) and something smaller that can fit between your knees (ours is about 22cm and slightly deflated for a more spongy resistance). Today we find the connection of our spine to our arms. We’ll learn why “pull the shoulder blades together” and “push the high shoulder down” are not helpful corrections at all, and that we need to start from our spine to help our shoulders.
