Who it affects and its effects on the systems of the body\nExperience scoliosis! What it feels like to do Pilates with scoliosis\nAnatomical understanding of the musculoskeletal changes that accompany the scoliosis syndrome\nUnderstanding functional vs. structural scoliosis\nDefining the convexities and concavities\nTheories and laws of movement that apply to scoliosis\nThe first 7 exercises for scoliosis. All exercises will be taught with and without the Pilates equipment.\n\n
