Scolio-Pilates: Corrections in Seated

You have scoliosis, so that when you are sitting, you are going to elongate, elongate, elongate! After that you will add the following corrections. Remember, that the corrections are in all three-dimensions. It’s not just a side-to-side motion.  Look at what’s happening forward and back and in terms of rotation. It’s a handful, or a spine-full, but you can do it. But remember… First, Elongate and Get Tall!
